We are looking for a Design Strategy Lead who can not only have hands-on experience creating the next generation of design and user experience but also articulate it to the world's most demanding stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

High-End Design Strategy & Niche UX

• Build a world-class design ethos that meets the "niche and high-end" expectations of global enterprise clients.
• Lead the architectural design of Enterprise SaaS applications and dashboards, ensuring they are as visually stunning as they are functionally robust.
• Benchmarking international standards in digital design to ensure Sundew remains a leader in the global market.

Independent Client Leadership & Strategy

• Single-Handedly Lead communication and design strategy meetings with international clients.
• Act as the strategic consultant for C-suite executives, translating high-level business goals into visual roadmaps and design ecosystems.
• Navigate cultural nuances and professional standards specific to the Middle East, EU, and USA markets.

Dual-Stream Team Management
Direct and mentor two distinct specialized teams:

• UI/UX Team: Focused on research-driven, best-in-class enterprise SaaS product experience design.
• Visual Design & Communication Team: Focused on brand identity, digital aesthetics, and executive-level storytelling.

Executive Keynote & Presentation Design

• Expertly craft and lead the design of global executive keynotes and PowerPoint presentations.
• Ensure that every pitch, deck, and brand touchpoint reflects a "best-in-class" premium aesthetic.

Required Qualifications & Skill Sets

• Professional Experience: 10–15 years in IT Services or Brand Agencies, with at least 5–6 years of hands-on experience in design communication, specifically with international brands.
• Global Exposure: Proven track record of managing and leading design meetings for clients in the Middle East, the EU, and the USA.
• Managing a Team of 20 people or more.
• Education: A strong educational background in Creative Design or User Experience Design with a degree from a top-tier design institution.
• Technical Mastery: Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for high-stakes executive storytelling.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional command of English, persuasive presentation skills, and the ability to defend design decisions at a boardroom level.
