As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Full Stack Team Lead to spearhead our projects, drive technology decisions, and play a key role in shaping our engineering excellence and innovation roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modern full stack development, proven experience in architecting scalable applications, and the ability to lead high-performing teams with a focus on quality, performance, and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration, technical growth, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and guide the team in adopting relevant tools and frameworks.

Project Ownership & Delivery:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, DevOps, Product Management) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business objectives.

Development and Coding:

• Engage hands-on in coding and development, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Implement microservices-based and API-driven architectures for modular and reusable systems.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality through CI/CD and automated testing.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Ensure transparency and alignment between client expectations and project execution.

Required Skillset:

• Strong hands-on experience in full stack development using modern frameworks (JavaScript, Node.js, React etc)
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side applications
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure.
• In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and SAAS product development.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience in API security, performance optimization, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).(Preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery. (Preferred)
