Infrastructure Management Specialist

We specialize in digital strategy, application development, and engineering.  As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and dynamic Infrastructure management Specialist role encompassing a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our internal infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess working knowledge of computer hardware, including laptops, UPS systems, and monitors.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Windows administration, Active Directory management, and performing Linux updates.
• Maintain a general understanding of network protocols and assist in configuring basic firewall rules.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with external vendors and service providers.
• Detecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting both software and hardware issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to support internal and external customers.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and work flexible hours as required.
• Exhibit a high level of motivation, independence, and strong work ethics.
• Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records accurately.

Required Skills:

• 6 - 9 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall rules).
• Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Windows desktop tools and platforms such as GitHub, SQLyog, and Docker for issue resolution (Preferred)
• Knowledge of LAN cabling and Wi-Fi network setup and troubleshooting (Preferred)

Educational Qualification:
B.SC, B.tech or Equivalent.
Relevant certifications if any.
