Lead Creative Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Facing Skills & Leadership:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Need to have strong client relationship skills.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, mentor and guide junior content writers within the team.

Copywriting for Enterprise Brands:

• Develop compelling and effective copy for enterprise-level brands.
• Maintain high standards of creativity and accuracy in all written materials.

Content Development Skills:

• Develop strategic contents for websites, social media, PPC, and other ad campaigns.
• Develop high-quality content for marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand the requirements and ensure cohesive and impactful content matching the same.
• Develop user interface text and deliver non-plagiarized content.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with enterprise brands is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g. AI Tools, content management systems, etc.)
• Strong team management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
