We’re seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Developer to design user-centric, scalable web applications and drive front-end best practices.

Job Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Developer at Sundew, you will build high-quality, responsive front-end experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and impactful user interfaces.

Required Skill Set:
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.

Technical Skill Set:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript. With modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Skilled in version control systems like Git.

Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Design Principles: Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
Ability to work in a result-driven, data-oriented environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Design and implement reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and create responsive layouts for various devices and platforms.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing them with technical advice and fostering their professional growth.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
• Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production
• Design elegant user experiences (Interfaces and Interactions).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend functionalities.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different clients and varying levels of the organization.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and improve development processes.
• Create animation / micro interaction in the UI to engage the user.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Taking interviews and training the team as and when required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills with ability to mentor the juniors.
