Sr. Laravel Developer

Job Summary: 

The organization is seeking a Senior Laravel Developer to lead the development of dynamic, high-performance web applications. The ideal applicant will be responsible for architecting solutions, optimizing code, and ensuring the scalability and robustness of applications. With extensive experience in Laravel, PHP, and modern web technologies, the ideal candidate will emphasize code quality, implement strong security measures, and thrive in a collaborative agile environment. Additionally, the individual will oversee and guide a team of developers in building and maintaining web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrates proven experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using the Laravel framework, including architecture design.
• Exhibits expertise in optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and enforcing coding standards and security measures.
• Possesses strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Is proficient in version control systems like Git.
• Is skilled in Agile/Scrum processes, leading standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.

Project Management:

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives and deliverables.
• Develops project timelines, allocates tasks, and sets milestones for smooth execution.
• Works closely with QA teams to maintain the quality of deliverables through reviews and testing.
• Tracks project progress, identifies bottlenecks, and implements solutions to stay on schedule.
• Proactively identifies potential risks and devises mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
• Facilitates collaboration among developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
